I am ordering art the second time around from artevenue and I must say I am pleasantly surprised by the execution of the order and the quality of the artwork
It's better than expected and the quality of the picture and frame and everything put together is worth the money

If you could tell us the exact issue you have, we will try and correct it for you.
Just to reiterate, we only use licensed images and reproduce using the state-of-the-art printing at very high resolution and best in the industry framing. Our focus is to ensure that we reproduce exactly as the original artwork. We do not alter the original artwork in any way.

I have bought a painting which is very beautiful has an amazing finish that too acrylic size 50X50 for much cheaper prize on Fizdi.com . I am disappointed buying this stuff since there is no return option I have to keep it . I felt like I am cheated … pls donot buy from this website … over prized

We would like to keep you informed that we only sell the licensed artworks, produced at the very best qaulity. Prices vary based on the artwork you select as it includes the artist royalty.
We can assure you that you will not find the same artwork with same specifications & quality at a cheaper rate elsewhere. If you find any, we will match the price for you.
As regards the returns, we have clearly mentioned on our website that COD orders are not eligible for returns.

To get a high quality print on canvas of renowned world artists is a great touch to one's home. I had ordered canvas and have not been disappointed by the quality of the paintings received. Those who love art and understand the varied quality of licenced prints, can purchase from Artevenue without inhibitions. I look forward to making more purchase !

I purchased a monchrome photograph print 18x18inch, mounted on a 21x21inch frame. Inspite of the relatively large print size, print quality is good with high resolution. And the mounting on the frame has been done with superb worksmanship. I can feel the pride of the person doing the hand work.

While the painting we had ordered was a beautiful piece, the delivery partner Arte'venue is partnered with - Delhivery, is atrocious and would lead to people not buying products from you'll. They do not deliver on time, nor do they provide timely updates. Conversing with the delivery guy was also an extreme pain point. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. While I loved the product, I'd definitely NEVER recommend this place to anyone because of the way the delivery partner handled the entire process. Please do look into it.

The picture on texture wall option if I can enlarge n see clear options.. was difficult getting a judgment

Canvas print pixelated and colours look dull. I wanted to return it but apparently COD are not eligible for returns. I'm not coming back to artevenue.

Just wanted to clarify that we use only the original, licensed and high quality images for reproduction. Sometimes, the original artwork itself is done in a way that it looks pixalated due to the brush strokes. We try our best to reproduce exactly as original.
We have clearly mentioned on our wbesite while placing the order that COD orders are not eligible for returns.

Highly impressed with the painting as a whole. No complaints.

One of my walls was empty for quite some time & I came across artevenue,got exactly what I wanted and how I wanted,the framing is perfect and the art is high definition as show in pictures.The only crib I might have is the pricing.My entire room has glown up.
