The painting looks more vibrant than on the website, which was a pleasant surprise. It was packaged very neatly and safely. However, I did not get updates on the delivery status at any point, except when the delivery guy called to ask for directions. This would have been an issue if I had been out of station or unavailable to receive the artwork.

With respect to the status updates, currently we send out status in email. When it gets shipped, we send tracking number too. In case you didn't receive the email updates, kindly let us know. It will help us investigate if there was any issue.

Frame is good

I was little hesitant, and hence ordered just one art from Arte'Venue. I am so happy with quality, delivery time and the service. Just excellent.

Very beautiful and striking...!

Your collection is amazing. The way we can filter by category and colour really sped up our selection. We also made use of the AR feature to picture the art on our wall.
The breakdown of the painting components like mount, backboard etc. in the art details section was very helpful.
We had concerns on quality of art in paper medium before purchase but we still chose paper instead of canvas since it had an acrylic sheet option. The painting is good quality, looks beautiful in our living room and really goes with the decor.
