We want to reiterate that we do not sell DUPLICATE. All our artworks are LICENSED and AUTHORIZED by artists for reproduction by us.
We deliver sizes exactly as per the customer order. While ordering, all details, including the size, are clearly shown in your shopping cart page.
As regards COD order, We have very clearly mentioned in our policy that COD orders are NOT eligible for returns. Our website shows this message to you when you choose COD option. Company has this policy only to prevent the misuse of this facility.
The screenshots you have attached refer to refund for COD in case you receive it in damaged condition and do no want a replacement. It doesn't refer to the returns.
You can refer to the official company policy links given at website footer section - "Returns & Replacements" and "Terms of Use".
As advertised ,there is no 3D effect.There is no white space boder. No worth of money. The same photo ,with small changes is available on Amazon or other marketplaces for Rs 500/ Instead of Rs 2740/-.

We would like to bring your notice that we have delivered exactly as per your order. Our website offers complete customization and hence we deliver as per what you select for an artwork, and not as per what we advetise. You order didn't have a white border. When you customize, our website shows exactly how you will get it.
Also, we use ONLY licensed images and produce high quality artwork. For every artwork we pay royalty to the artist.
You may sure find something on Amazon for cheap but compared to us it would be very superficial quality and probably unlicensed art. We are sure you would not like to put a flimsy art on your wall.
Hope you will give us another chance.
Pay for the painting and honestly just forget about your delivery for the company is least bothered about timely delivery or information sharing with the customer post the payment. I am not commenting on the art work coz I am yet to receive it but rather about poor services. Would not recommended Art Avenue to anyone look for other alternatives there are many. Buy at your own risk from art avenue.

As mentioned on our website, the orders placed during a sale period typically take time for dispatch due the large volumn that we receive.
Hope you will give a chance in future. We assure you that you will only find the best quality and licensed artworks with us.
Their options for customising makes the product very expensive. And at the end of the day the final product was not worth the price we paid for it. We paid 10K, which should not have been more than 4-5 K on a higher side. Not worth buying from this website.

We wanted to reiterate that we only use licensed artworks, pay royalty to the artists for every print and use top quality materials. We assure that it will be very difficult to find the quality we offer and at the price that we offer it at.
Our customization feature is actually unmatched. It gives complete freedom to customer in choosing exact size. The price depends on the size chosen.
Hope that you will checkout other online sellers and compare the quality & price.
We have recieved the mentioned painting, but the quality of the frames is very poor and also assembly seems to be very loose. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.

We are extremely sorry for your experience. We have mentioned on our website that COD orders are not eligible for returns. Even just before placing the COD order, we display a message that COD order is not eligible for return.
We want to clarify that we are probably the only online direct-to-customer selling company that offers returns with 100% refund without asking any questions. The reason for COD orders not being eligible for returns is to prevent the misuse of our COD facility.

I ordered panting on canvas, received it with big white lines on it.
Art venue is not accepting to replace the painting, saying it was not informed within 48 hours. The concerned person in our office who received the courier couldn't open the same within 48 hours because that person had got Covid.
This painting is not cheap and shipping badly printed canvas and blaming the customer for your bad quality printing is not acceptable. There was no empathy shown.
This is the 2nd time we were ordering from you. Very bad experience.
Feeling cheated & highly dissatisfied for such bad attitude & behavior

Thank you for taking time in providing your feedback & apologies that you had bad experience.
We have tried to explain to you that our returns, refunds, damaged delivery policies are very clearly given on our website. We received intimation of damage from you 12 days after the delivery. If it was a reasonable delay, we could have certainly considered it even beyond our policy mandated time period and considering the covid impact on you.
We have done thorough inspection and investigation of your delivery and our operations team is very sure that we would not deliver product in such condition. You had ordered only a print. Based on the pictures you shared, it seems like the print was kept under some heavy object and hence got the lines across. We never fold our prints. These are very carefully rolled and dispatched in a tube.
We are probably the only direct-to-customer art print selling company that allows returns without asking questions, even on customized artworks.
Having said that, we will try and make our policies more clear to customers. All marketplaces, ecommerce companies, stores have a specified time limit for accepting returns, issuing refund, reporting damaged delivery. We have very clearly metioned our policies on the products pages and in terms and conditions.

What appeared in picture is far too different than how it actually is. Poor Show and not impressed at all.

If you could tell us the exact issue you have, we will try and correct it for you.
Just to reiterate, we only use licensed images and reproduce using the state-of-the-art printing at very high resolution and best in the industry framing. Our focus is to ensure that we reproduce exactly as the original artwork. We do not alter the original artwork in any way.
Canvas print pixelated and colours look dull. I wanted to return it but apparently COD are not eligible for returns. I'm not coming back to artevenue.

Just wanted to clarify that we use only the original, licensed and high quality images for reproduction. Sometimes, the original artwork itself is done in a way that it looks pixalated due to the brush strokes. We try our best to reproduce exactly as original.

Again we are sorry for the same.
Despite 100% upfront payment, the article is yet to be received.
Despite raising the query with M/s expressbees, there's no response.
A frustrating experience overall

We sincerely apologize for the delay. We produced and shipped your order on 18th Aug, which was within our norms, but it got delivered on 31st Aug. We ship by reputed courier companies such as FedEx, Xpressbees. However, on very rare occassions their delivery gets delayed. In most cities in India courier have been delivering within 3-6 days. We have also quoted in our delivery timeline that it may take up to 10-12 days.
We understand that it is frustrating to wait and we are really sorry that you had to.
