This was my second order with artevenue. They provide stunning prints of original artwork. I can change the mood of the room with their affordable painting and own master's work without burning hole in my pocket. Delivery is longer 8-10 days. But worth the wait.

With regards to the delivery, we have usually been able to delivery in a week's time. Though we depend on courier companies for delivery and sometimes it may get delayed slightly.

It looks just as it was when we saw it online. Great work of art.

The intimation of delivery times needs to be improved. There was no communication as to where is the order and when it is getting delivered. We had to follow up to find this out.

With regards to intimation, our apologies for the inconvenience. We do have an automated system that sends emails when it goes into production, when it's ready, and also sends tracking details when it is shipped. We will investigate if there was a miss in your case.

The picture which I ordered was as beautiful as in the photograph. Delivery was without a problem.

Products are ok, but seems overpriced to me. At least nails should be provided with the artworks to hand them, but no nails provided.

Vibrant colours. Looks superb with a nice frame

A frame art is not just a mere showpiece but also can be a medium to make conversation with.
After an extensive search in Artevenue Instagram page, i found my kind of art which will go with the ambience.
Items ordered (coastal):
1) Water leaves III
2) Water leaves IV
Although the packaging was good, there is a dent in the frame of water leaves IV. Also, there is slight dimension error in the frames.
According to me the prices are very high.

Damage:
If there is any damage, as per our policy, we replace it at our cost (you just need to write us an email or whatsapp us within 5 days of delivery by attaching the photos of damages).

Dimesion issue:
As mentioned in the FAQ on our website that there can be very slight difference (in mm) in the dimasions due to aspect ratio of the artwork. We will, however, double check and enhance our production to ensure we deliver as accurate size as possible.

Price:
Would like to reiterate that we only use licensed images to produce the artworks and pay royalty to the artists. However, we are very sure that our prices are not higher compared to artworks with same very high wuality that we produce, same size, print surface, frame quality etc.
