This was my first time ordering from Arte'Venue and was a little skeptical at first. However, I went ahead and ordered a canvas painting from them. It was a seamless process for me. The painting arrived soon after placing the order. It was delivered safely and securely with no damage to the canvas roll. The painting looked just as seen in the image. Will definitely use them again.

We want to reiterate that we do not sell DUPLICATE. All our artworks are LICENSED and AUTHORIZED by artists for reproduction by us.

We deliver sizes exactly as per the customer order. While ordering, all details, including the size, are clearly shown in your shopping cart page.

As regards COD order, We have very clearly mentioned in our policy that COD orders are NOT eligible for returns. Our website shows this message to you when you choose COD option. Company has this policy only to prevent the misuse of this facility.

The screenshots you have attached refer to refund for COD in case you receive it in damaged condition and do no want a replacement. It doesn't refer to the returns.

You can refer to the official company policy links given at website footer section - "Returns & Replacements" and "Terms of Use".

This was my second order with artevenue. They provide stunning prints of original artwork. I can change the mood of the room with their affordable painting and own master's work without burning hole in my pocket. Delivery is longer 8-10 days. But worth the wait.

With regards to the delivery, we have usually been able to delivery in a week's time. Though we depend on courier companies for delivery and sometimes it may get delayed slightly.

It looks just as it was when we saw it online. Great work of art.

The intimation of delivery times needs to be improved. There was no communication as to where is the order and when it is getting delivered. We had to follow up to find this out.

With regards to intimation, our apologies for the inconvenience. We do have an automated system that sends emails when it goes into production, when it's ready, and also sends tracking details when it is shipped. We will investigate if there was a miss in your case.

The picture which I ordered was as beautiful as in the photograph. Delivery was without a problem.

Products are ok, but seems overpriced to me. At least nails should be provided with the artworks to hand them, but no nails provided.
