Artwork Details
What type of artworks do you sell?
- Licensed art prints of the paintings fine art, photography art etc. Everytime we sell an art print, we pay license fee to the artist/publishing house
- You can upload your own art, photograph and have it printed and framed.
Our platform (ArteVenue.com) will soon have original paintings for sell online. We do have stock of original paintings in our stores in Bangalore and Mumbai.
When I order artwork with frame, it is ready to to be hung?Yes, when you order a framed artwork, or stretched canvas (gallery wrap) it comes with hooks and is ready for hanging on the wall. There is no assembly required.
What do you print art prints on?For every art print that we sell, we have an option choose print surface - paper or canvas.
Can I customize the size of art print?Yes. ArteVenue.com is the only website that offers complete customization.
You can choose size inch-by-inch between the minimum and maximum print size allowed by artist. The typical print size you can choose is between 8 inch and 60 inch.
You can choose from various frame options, choose the mount size and color.
Our website shows you exactly how your artwork looks like after you customize it.
You can also use our augmented reality feature, where you can see our artwork in your own space before you buy it.
Please Note: For our designer curated wall art sets, gallery walls, and round shaped artworks, only customization available is size. However, should you have any specific requirement, we will be happy to help in customizing these too.
How accurate are image colors shown and what will I get? and what about the size accuracy?We strive for a high degree of image accuracy and verify the sizes of all images on our Website. Please note that on different mobile devices, laptops and computer screens the color shades of images are seen with small variations.
Please be assured that you will only get the best possible quality that becuase all our artworks are licensed and hence we use only genuine images for printing and only print upto the size that is possible with the best quality.
With ragards to the size, there may be small variations (up to 2" for larger sizes) in the finished products due to aspect ratio of an image, printer specifications etc.Quality

ART PRINTS:
All our artworks being licensed, we have access to the original and best quality images for printing. We use the high end printers used for reproducing the fine art. All art prints are fade proof and long lasting.
FRAMING:
We use frames made of polystyrene. It is classy looking, light weight and highly durable. All framing materials are sourced from the best in the industry.

Ordering
How do I place an order?While browsing various category pages, click on artwork. You will be taken to the product page, where you can choose a ready size of click on "CUSTOMIZE" tab and choose your own size, frame, mount color, it's size etc. For wall art sets, gallery walls and round shaped artworks only size can be selected. Add the product in your shopping cart by clicking on the "Move to Cart" button. On the shopping cart page, when you're ready to complete your order, click "Checkout", fill up your billing & shipping address, review your order details and proceed to make payment.
Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will receive?We strive for a high degree of image accuracy. You can expect a 95-100% accuracy of the image viewed on our site.
How accurate are the item dimensions listed on your web pages?ArteVenue.com checks the dimensions of all images on our site, but due to industry standards sizes can vary slightly by a few mm.
What are the resolution requirements for digital upload for custom framing orders?The minimum resolution for digital uploads is 150 DPI. Since resolution reduces as you enlarge a photo, the higher the resolution of your file, the larger your print can be. If you'd like to print a larger photo than what is suggested, you'll need to upload a higher-resolution image of your photo to have a larger print to a maximum size of 40x60 inch.
What kind of image can I upload to be printed?You can upload a .jpg, or .png, under 30MB and we'll print and frame it for you!
Payments
What type of payments do you accept?We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Netbanking, UPI, Wallet payments, or you can pay Cash on Delivery (CoD), or partial CoD. For larger value orders, Arte'Venue may run no-cost EMI offers for limited period.

There is nothing to worry. If the payment is deducted and order confirmation is not received then either the order will get processed later on or the payment gateway will transfer your many back to your account. Sometimes there is lag between banks and payment gateway and our system or other system issues. But we do reconcile the data and the order will get processed if we receive your payment eventually.

Shipping & Delivery
What type of packaging do you use?With frame: Your artwork has following packaging -
protective covering over frame corners, shrink wrap over frame,
additional hard board covering over frame edges, bubble/
foam wrap, outer hard board covering, outer shrink wrap.
Without frame: Your artwork is rolled with butter paper
to protect it against dust and then inserted
in a tube to keep from any kind of damage
during transit.
In our years of shipping experience, there have been minimal damages during transit. The breakage rate is less than 0.02%.
When will my artwork arrive?Art Prints: We ship your artwork by courier in 1-3 days. It usually takes about 3-10 days depending on the delivery point. We are based in Bangalore, India. It ususally takes between 4-7 days to deliver in all metros and major cities.
Original Art: We ship your artwork by courier in 7-10 days. It usually takes about 3-10 days depending on the delivery point. We are based in Bangalore. It ususally takes between 4-6 days to deliver in all metros and major cities.
How do I track my order?All the orders are shipped through courier.

Shipping anywhere in India is free.
Do you ship internationally?Yes, international shipping is done after customer pays addtionally for the international shipping charges at actuals.
Returns, Exchange, Damaged Delievery & Cancellation
What is your return, exchange, damaged delivery & cancellation policy?Returns:
Our damaged delivery/quality issues rate is less than 0.2%.
In an unlikely event of damages during delivery, artwork having quailty issue or wrong artwork delivered to you, it is eligible for free replacement. Customer shall inform Arte'Venue about the damaged artwork, quality issue or wrong artwork within 48 hrs of delivery, along the photos/videos of artwork showing the issue as a proof. Arte'Venue shall not be liable to replace the artwork or refund the money if Arte'Venue is informed after completion of 48 hrs from time of delivery.
Order Cancellation:Our artwork is customized as per your order. The production process
starts as soon as you place the order. We are unable to cancel your order
after the order confirmed.
However, we are happy to cancel the order for you before our production process
begins, which is typically within a couple hours of you placing an order.
In case you wish to cancel please call/write back to us as soon as possible, and
we can let you know if the order can be cancelled.
If the order is cancelled, we will refund (in case of any online payment) in the same mode of payment
customer used or
ask for the bank details for money transfer and it can take up to
2 weeks to process the refund.

Do you provide advice on selecting art as per my requirements?We are happy to have our designers help you with selecting the artworks and sizes as per your interior design.
General question we will have for you are -
- Do you have any theme in mind, like Abstract, Landscape etc?
- Are looking for one single artwork or a set (collage) is also fine with you?
- Do you know what size of artworks you are looking for? Or let us know the approximate dimensions of the wall and we can suggest the size.
- What is the colour of wall and other furniture in the room? It will be good if your can share any pictures of the room where you want to hang the paintings.
- Any primary colour in the artworks that you would prefer?
